SEIGA RENTALS
The following are the terms and conditions to rent from SEIGA Productions. These terms will form the basis of the rental agreement between you and SEIGA. A document version of these terms may be accessed here.
equipment
The RENTER agrees to rent the video production equipment (the “EQUIPMENT”) from SEIGA inclusive of their respective Rental Rates Per Day. Any discounts or deals must first be discussed and approved by SEIGA. In order to rent, you must message the facebook page, fill out the rental form, and sign the rental agreement.
caretakers
Caretakers are mandatory for all rentals with the exception of a) when only two lights are rented with no camera and b) when the item rented falls into one of the following categories:
The number of caretakers requested will be determined by Seiga Productions and will depend on the volume and specific item being rented. Each CARETAKER will be paid a rate of PHP 1,500 per day.
Caretakers are also each entitled to PHP 500 for every succeeding hour after 14 hours, to be paid for by the production. The transportation, food, and accommodations of the caretaker will be answered by the production. At least one caretaker must be in transit with the equipment upon pick-up and drop-off.
NOTE: If the equipment is damaged by any members of the production who are not the caretakers, the RENTER may be held liable for any and all damages (excluding reasonable wear and tear) incurred during the rental period and must pay the full cost of either the repair or full replacement of the EQUIPMENT depending on its condition.

transportation
Transportation may be either arranged by Seiga Productions or self-arranged. For self-arranged transportation, some equipment may only be arranged via pick-up by an authorized member of the production while others may be delivered via courier, the exact arrangement must be discussed and agreed upon with Seiga Productions.
rental period
The rental period shall begin and end on the dates and times indicated on the form provided and answered by the RENTER. Unless transportation is organized by SEIGA, the RENTER agrees to pick up the EQUIPMENT at SEIGA’s address at the start of the rental period and return the EQUIPMENT to SEIGA’s address by the end of the rental period. The RENTER shall be responsible for any transportation costs associated with the pick-up and return of the EQUIPMENT.

rental fee and payment
The RENTER agrees to pay SEIGA the total rental fee (with caretaker and transportation fee, if included in the package) for the use of the equipment, based on a per item rental day rate as indicated. The RENTER shall make a 50% non-refundable down payment upon pick-up of the EQUIPMENT, and shall pay the remaining 50% balance upon the return of the EQUIPMENT to SEIGA.
care and use of the equipment
The RENTER shall use the EQUIPMENT in a careful and proper manner and shall comply with all laws and regulations governing the use of the EQUIPMENT. The RENTER shall also ensure the EQUIPMENT is returned to SEIGA in the same condition it was when received, with the exception of reasonable wear and tear.
liability
The RENTER assumes all risk of loss, damage, or injury to property or persons arising out of the use, operation, or possession of the EQUIPMENT during the rental period. The RENTER shall indemnify and hold SEIGA harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the use, operation, or possession of the EQUIPMENT during the rental period.
default
If the RENTER fails to return the EQUIPMENT at the end of the rental period, or if the RENTER breaches any other provision of this Agreement, SEIGA may terminate this Agreement and take possession of the EQUIPMENT without further notice or demand to the RENTER. The RENTER shall be held liable for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by Livecaatch in connection with the enforcement of this Agreement. If the EQUIPMENT is not returned on the specific date, the RENTER shall be charged the per-day rental rate of the EQUIPMENT plus 15% interest for each day that the item is not returned.
