HOW  DO  WE  RENT  SEIGA  EQUIPMENT?

STEP 1:  READ  OUR  TERMS  AND  CONDITIONS

Before you rent from Seiga, we have a couple rules that come with our equipment for our safety, your safety, and the safety of the equipment. The terms and conditions also form the basis of the rental agreement that will be signed between you and Seiga Productions.

STEP 2:  CHECK  out  OUR  PUBLIC  RENTAL  CATALOG

Check out what equipment is available and how much it will cost to rent on our SEIGA Equipment Rental Catalog & Calculator. If you will be renting by the package, you may use the PACKAGE RENT EST CALCULATOR to calculate the total cost of the equipment, but if you are renting individual items, you may use the ALA-CARTE RENT EST CALCULATOR. Note that in addition to the cost of the equipment itself, there are two other costs: caretaker & transportation.

ON CARETAKER AND TRANSPORTATION
Caretakers are mandatory for all rentals with the exception of
- When only two lights are rented with no camera
- When the item rented falls into one of the following categories:

• LIGHT Modifier Kit
• LIGHT Grip Kit
• Haze Machine
• CAMERA Rig Options
• Accessories

Transportation may be either arranged by Seiga Productions or self-arranged. For self-arranged transportation, some equipment may only be arranged via pick-up by an authorized member of the production while others may be delivered via courier, the exact arrangement must be discussed and agreed upon with Seiga Productions.

STEP 3:  message  the   facebook  page  to  access  THE  RENTAL  FORM

Once you know what you are renting, please message our Facebook Page or contact us at 09173004685 to access the rental form. 

kindly fill out the SEIGA Equipment Rental Form in order to proceed with the rental service. In this form, please note that you will be requested to provide the following documents:

• Proof of VALID Government ID with Signature
• Proof of Address
• Proof of 50% down payment

NOTE: FILLING OUT THE RENTAL FORM IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT TO RENT FROM SEIGA PRODUCTIONS

STEP 4:  SIGN   THE  RENTAL   AGREEMENT

Last step! Sign your agreement, and your equipment may either be picked up or delivered at the agreed upon rental period.

NOTE: EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE HANDED IF THE CONTRACT IS NOT SIGNED
